![]() ![]() Biggest Drawbacksĭon’t choose Jira unless you actually need all these technical capabilities. But like Trello, you can access Jira from mobile iOS and Android apps. Unlike Trello, it provides roadmapping, dependency management, and capacity planning (in the more expensive paid versions, anyway). Jira also offers strong security, great reporting capabilities, and customizable dashboards. It’s also designed to play well with your other tools, offering over 3000 integrations. Jira is very flexible - it can handle the Lean, Kanban, and Scrum styles of project management. Jira is ideal for DevOps, since it was originally designed for bug tracking in software development. Like Trello, it’s an Atlassian product, but it’s designed for maximum capability, rather than ease of use. Jira is a super-powerful, fairly technical project management tool. ![]() ![]() These range from $5 to $17.50 monthly, per user. If you need more storage or functionality, they have three paid plans: Standard, Premium, and Enterprise. While you do get unlimited storage, each file can only be as large as 10MB. You can add as many users as you like and create up to 10 boards, each with unlimited lists, cards, checklists, and attachments. Trello also doesn’t offer Gantt charts, so if that’s how you visualize your work, you’ll want to look elsewhere. If your project is complex, or technical, or needs advanced budgeting and dependencies, Trello is probably not for you. ![]() Yes, there’s less functionality than Asana but, depending on your needs, that might be a pro rather than a con. Trello works best If you’re a small- to medium-sized team managing a relatively simple project. Trello also offers iOS and Android mobile apps, a powerful search function, and card creation and commenting by email. If you want to, you can get more customized than that-but a big part of Trello’s draw is its simplicity! For each project, you’ll create a board, then add multiple lists of tasks, displayed in the system as ‘cards.’ The classic Kanban way to structure a project in Trello would be a board with three lists: To Do, Doing, and Done.Īs you work on each task, you can comment on or attach files to its card, then drag it forward to the appropriate list as you make progress. Trello uses the Kanban style of project management. This board-based tool is one of the most popular options out there. If you’ve worked on any kind of collaborative project, you’ve likely used Atlassian’s project management app Trello already. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a newbie, you might just find your new project management must-have. Here are the six best alternatives to Asana. But it’s not the only project management tool out there, and it might not be the best option for you. Asana is an extremely popular tool for managing tasks, teams, and projects - so popular, in fact, that it’s practically inescapable.Īsana is a productivity powerhouse, well-loved for its customizability, collaborative potential, and many integrations. If you’re a project manager, Asana probably makes you think about a different kind of agility. Does the word asana make you think about downward dog and lotus pose? ![]()

The results of the present prospective experience point out that the Hoagland sign adds to the list of the common and characteristic features of mononucleosis and is likely more frequent than enlarged liver, enlarged spleen, jaundice or rash. Hence, early and rapid diagnosis is crucial. Furthermore, a leukemia or a lymphoma are occasionally suspected. The initial diagnosis of streptococcal pharyngitis (especially in throat carriers of this germ) or that of non-specific pharyngitis are often made. The presentation of mononucleosis may be heterogenous and, therefore, challenging. There is a need to expand awareness of this sign among physicians. Most mono infections resolve on their own within a matter of weeks, though in rare cases, the symptoms can last up to six months. The typical presentation of Epstein–Barr virus infectious mononucleosis includes fever, pharyngitis, measles-like rash, jaundice, and enlarged lymph nodes, liver, or spleen. Also, patients with an enlarged spleen are advised to avoid contact sports, since a swollen spleen is more likely to rupture if a patient experiences abdominal trauma. While there is no cure for the EBV virus, rest, over-the-counter pain medication and good nutrition can help patients feel better faster. Mono is typically an infection you can only get once in your life, so it’s important to let your healthcare provider know if you tested positive for mono in the past. This test measures the levels of several different kinds of EBV antibodies to determine if a patient has ever been exposed to EBV in the past, as well as if they have an active or chronic EBV infection. The second, and more accurate, way of testing for mono is to draw blood and send it out to the lab for EBV titers. Accuracy rates can vary from 71-90%, and it misses up to 25% of cases of mono if the test is run too early or too late in the course. However, the rapid mono testing does have some limitations. ![]() The first is with a rapid mono test, a fingerstick test that runs in less than 10 minutes. How do healthcare providers test for Mono?
